Company Description Identity Capital Partner (Pty) Ltd ("ICP") is the holding company of the Identity Partner group. It was founded in 2008 by Sonja De Bruyn and the group currently consists of two main businesses: ICP's direct investments portfolio and Identity Fund Managers ("IFM") is the newest addition to the group as the fund management entity with its FSP license granted in December 2018. IFM is a majority black-women led private equity fund manager to manage funds that invest in significant majority to majority stakes in key strategic sectors that have the potential to drive sustainable economic growth and enhance job creation in South Africa and the broader region. IFM established the Identity Property Fund I in 2019, which reached first close in November 2019, with a mandate to invest in commercially attractive property and property-related investments based on location, rentals yields, credit quality and term of leases and value creation opportunities with strong transformation agenda to enhance B-BBEE in terms of ownership, supply chain and management capability of its investee companies.
