Company Description The Franchise Co. ("TFC") is a franchise asset management specialist company focused on maintaining a sector specific investment portfolio for external investors, aimed at providing diversity to investors' overall wealth portfolio by means of investment into an industry with a proven track record. This includes catering for the ongoing management and support to Franchisors and Franchisees within the portfolio to ensure that investments run with the correct level of operational management, support and profitability. TFC has seen itself successful in building this franchise management experience, knowledge and support structure, with a team that between them holds more than 150 years of franchise management experience - remembering that 'franchise' at its core means replicable and successful intellectual property, which encompasses all economic sectors, not just food and beverage. TFC aims to largely invest into established, growth orientated and mostly well-known South African Franchise outlets, concentrating on (but not limited to) the restaurant, fast food, hospitality, medical and specialty retail industries. The due diligence processes the company undertakes, has as its core criteria that each investment needs to be profitable, growth orientated, efficient and sustainable, over time.
