| Company Description | LIH is a private (unlisted) special purpose investment holdings group ("fund") focused on the development, growth, maintenance and eventual exit of multiple private-equity, private debt & venture-capital investments within a closely-held, but diverse portfolio and structured for the benefit of shareholders and private investors, who seek above-average long term returns on the one hand, whilst containing normal market risks to a minimum on the other hand. This mission is achieved by combining best-of-breed merger-and-acquisition (M&A) techniques insofar the identification, qualification, validation, transaction and enablement of qualifying investments, as well as the deployment of extensive inhouse management and/or advisory skills for the day-to-day direction of all investments. Whilst the origins of LIH can firmly be found in the franchising sector, diversification pre- and post-COVID has resulted in franchising. |
